Just crossed into Iowa! Headed into Sioux City. Got about 1100 miles so far. Got about 125 to go. Will cross into Nebraska at Council Bluffs. See yall soon.

Thought about you today as we walked across the Cowboy Trail bridge by Valentine. Ughh! I don't know how you're doing it!!!! Amazing! However...Ben ran about 5 miles today through roaming BUFFALO today at the wildlife refuge! That was pretty cool, too!!
